Q: How long is the shipping

Q: Why Did My Payment Fail
A: Payment failure could mean the following: 1)incorrect cvv security code 2)insufficient fund on card 3)exceeding cc limits (if you have payment problems,such as can’t pay successfully,the card is not acceptable,order was closed because of security reasons and so on,pls contact our customer service at the first time,they will try their best to solve your problems.)
Q: Can I wash the hair?
A:Hair can be removed down to clean, but the clean method must correct for the hair.Wash with luke warm water and mild shampoo.Cowashing the hair twice a week with a deep moisturizing conditioner from Garnier Fructis, Pantene, Organix or Jone Frieda. A client favorite is Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Fortifying Conditioner as a co-wash.
How to wash: 1. Wash hair with a moisturizing shampoo. Don’t massage the hair. 2. Condition hair with a deep conditioner for 10 min to 1 hr. 3. After deep conditioning, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Lay hair flat and allow to hair dry completely. Don’t use a blow dryer. 5. Gently pat dry with a towel. Avoid wringing or twisting. 6. When brushing, start at the ends and gently work your way to the roots. 7. Curly hair should be combed and styled with fingers. 8. Wavy hair should be combed with a wide tooth comb. Note: Pls use Quality Products.
Q: Will the hair hold curls well?
A: all our are real human hair, so it can hold curls well.
Some tips :
Find correct temperature for the hair curling.We suggest raise the temperature little by little to test it out.Time control is very important,we suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature. Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.
Q: Can I dyed / bleached the hair?
A: Yes!!!
Our hair are 100% human virgin hair , so you can recolored it as you want, but if you are not good at coloring, suggest you go your local salon to let the stylist to color it for you. if you want to color yourself at home, suggest you take few strands hair to do color test first.
Q: How many hair bundles can make a full head?
A: All our hair bundles weight is 95-100 gram per pcs. if you choose the hair length not over 20 inch, 3 pcs will be enough, but if you like long inch hair, suggest you take 4pcs if the length over 22 inch.
Q: How do I pay for an order?

Q: Is there any hidden charges to my order?
A: Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product. We do not charge you any extra fees, but, sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.

Q: What if my order delivery was delayed?
A: We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Q: When Will I Receive My Refund
A: The refund caused by order cancellation, refund will be process instantly within 12 hours. However, it may take 3-4 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. because it also depends on your bank process time.

Q: Can you customized the wig cap?
A: usually our wig cap size is about 22.5 cm, if you need bigger or smaller wig cap, you can leave note in your order, we can customized for you.
Q: Can your wig use without glue?
A: You can try to use it with glue or without glue, but using glue will be more natural looking. Some sisters don't use glue because their hair is secured with a custom strap and comb in the back and got2b glued spray. So it's very secure and doesn`t move at all. And you can also choose got2b glue gel (black bottle) to install it.
Q: Does your wig come in bleached?
A: Our lace wigs are already bleached under the condition that the hair would not shed. If you need more bleaching, you can do it by yourself or ask a hairstylist to help you. For the Upgraded undetectable lace wig, the lace is also slightly bleached, which is more slender and lighter. It can't be deeply bleached , because it is a high risk to broken the lace.
