After deep conditioning, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Lay hair flat and allow to hair dry completely. Don’t use a blow dryer. 5. Gently pat dry with a towel. Avoid wringing or twisting. 6. When brushing, start at the ends and gently work your way to the roots. 7. Curly hair should be combed and styled with fingers. 8. For the Upgraded undetectable lace wig, the lace is also slightly bleached, which is more slender and lighter. It can't be deeply bleached , because it is a high risk to broken the lace.

1. How Do I Make a Return ?
Easy: email us at service@hairsmarket.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a track able shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2. What is the Return Period ?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (30) days of the date that you receive your hair.
3. Do I Have to Pay for the Shipping of My Return ?
If the returning is due to our problems (Such as:Quality problem of products) or defective products (this happens when the products is incorrect, damaged by carrier or defective in another way), we will accept to return and get the full refund, maybe you need to pay for shipping fee first kindly (USPS shipping way is better), we will refund you order amount and shipping fee,after we receive the returning hair.
For customer remorse: If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), All items must be returned in its original, you must contact us for returning within 30 days of receiving, pay for returning shipping fee by yourself.
