Your satisfaction is Hairsmarket.com factory store mission. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, please make sure to contact us with email or call us at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( not cut ), original curl pattern(undispersed )

- HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
- WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair.
- DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
1) If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Quality problem of products) or defective products (this happens when the products is incorrect, damaged by carrier or defective in another way), we will accept to return and get the full refund, maybe you need to pay for shipping fee first kindly (USPS shipping way is better), we will refund you order amount and shipping fee, after we receive the returning hair.
2) For customer remorse: If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), All items must be returned in its original, you must contact us for returning within 15 days of receiving, pay for returning shipping fee by yourself. Then we will refund you order amount after we receive the returning hair.
- MAY I RETURN MY HAIR ON HAIRSMARKET.COM WITHOUT CONTACT Seller?
No. You must contact online seller prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 -5 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Cancellation & Exchange:
- We can accept to change or cancel the order freely before your order is shipped out.
- After the order is shipped out, You need to be charged at least $20 handling fee to exchange it or cancel the order. If you can accept handling fee, contact with seller online to help you.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
We reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
1.An irregular or excessive returns history;
2.An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
3.Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.
